Emi is a senior and one of the editors for The Shield 2025-2026, and she’s having a blast getting to know the next generation of our beloved newspaper. With The Shield, she heads a local travel column affectionately dubbed The Daily Explorer, and enjoys writing off-kilter articles or even further off-kilter short stories. She has been lucky enough to find her passions in creative writing and theatre performing arts, and hopes to pursue her passions, however unrealistic, in the future. She loves geese, overly-caffeinated beverages, and a good session of Dungeons and Dragons.🪿🌻🌿🤸♀️🎭🚗✏️
