Avalon Kelly has been a member of The Shield for two years. She enjoys getting to research new topics and having creative freedom in her journalism articles. At Westmont, Avalon is a LIFE Crew Executive Board member and cross country team captain. She is also involved in CSF and EcALLogy Club. Avalon’s favorite articles to write are Op/Eds and news stories, and she loves to edit Meet the Press and seasonal pages.
