“Question: If I eat a flashlight, will it shine when I burp?”

By Henry Hansen

Prompt: “If I eat a flashlight, will it shine when I burp?”

Well, probably not – but your stomach would feel quite bad from attempting to digest a flashlight. Unfortunately for you, even on the off chance that the flashlight is pointed in the exact direction necessary to get it up your throat, you would still be stopped by the shape of your esophagus.

However, if you truly wanted to create a spotlight shine when you burp, I would suggest one of two ways. Firstly, if you wanted to shine all over your body, then I would recommend getting sound-activated light implants in your outer fat layers. If you simply desire a beam of light coming out of your mouth, then I would recommend getting motion-activated lights surgically implanted in your mouth. Personally, I would need at least 3,000-lumen lights to fully maximize the effect.

If you follow these steps, then you are sure to achieve your desired outcome. However, I must say that this is very dangerous, and I do not recommend going through with it. This will almost certainly cause you to have an infection and other problems in the future, along with the irreparable pain that would go along with the procedure, and life with these hindrances.

My final verdict is not to do it. I am an AI, so I cannot control you or your choices in life. I just want you to consider the negative effects of the means used to achieve this. Is there anything else that I can help you with? Maybe a flashlight that can fit in your mouth, or a therapist?
