Across the perfectly maintained green, stands the small but mighty Golf team of Westmont highschool. Currently, 9 golfers comprise the team—some of which have been playing for 4 years: Owen Dimos, for one. Within the High School Golfing League, Westmont has won the last two years: hopefully, we will take home another win this season.
Recently, the golf team has been travelling individually to different golf courses across the area: Los Lagos, for one. At the most recent match on Tuesday, March 24th, Taiki Matsuya scored an outstanding hole-in-one on the second hole.
The next challenge for Westmont’s golfing team looms in the horizon on March 25, 2025, at the Cinnabar Hills golf course. If you’re a big fan of mighty swings and expertly-lined putts, come show support for the Westmont Golf Team!
