Creamy, cheesy, smooth, delectable: every time I consume alfredo pasta, these delightful sensations fill my mouth! Alfredo pasta was my first love. From the first time I ever tasted it (when I was seven years old at the Cheesecake Factory) I was besotted. I mean, what’s not to love? Its flavor is shockingly palatable, its texture is delightfully smooth and creamy, and the recipe is fairly simple to follow. In fact, alfredo pasta is my favorite late-night snack! Although it’s a bit hard to make in the dark, in the middle of the night—when made at normal hours (i.e. daytime), even an amateur baker could make it! I absolutely adore alfredo pasta; if you don’t, don’t come near me.
