The Bring Change 2 Mind club is a new club at Westmont this year! They are working with the Bring Change 2 Mind organization to reduce the stigma around mental health, to provide resources to students, and to offer students a safe space to destress. Offering relaxing activities like yoga, meditation, and journaling, Bring Change 2 Mind is a great place to go if you are feeling overwhelmed. Club co-president Ashwin Rajan says, “We love taking requests for activities from our members so that everyone can benefit!” They also have presentations to raise awareness about different mental illnesses. Whether you feel stressed or you are interested in learning about your mental health, Bring Change 2 Mind is the place to be!
