Meet the leaders on campus: the ASB president as well as the ASB class presidents! These students plan events on campus and foster school spirit.

ASB President: Lindsay Der

Lindsay is involved in LIFE Crew, Journalism, CUHSD Advisory Council, and ASB.

What are you most excited for this upcoming school year?

I’m super excited to get back on campus and hopefully have a normal year! I also cannot wait to see all the new sophomore and freshman faces.

What do you like most about Westmont?

I love all the students of Westmont who make up our amazing community.

What advice do you have for incoming Westmont students?

I would strongly advise any incoming students to get involved! Clubs and other activities are great ways to meet new people and create a connection to the school.

Senior Class President: Sophia Christensen

Sophia is involved in LIFE Crew, Journalism, track and field, soccer, and ASB.

What are you most excited for this upcoming school year?

I am most excited to see my classmates again and finally meet the teachers i had junior year.

What do you like most about Westmont?

I love the environment at Westmont, I always feel safe and included at school especially with the amazing students and staff.

What advice do you have for incoming Westmont students?

Try new things, make sure to keep up in your classes, and challenge yourself. Also never be afraid to express yourself!

Junior Class President: Melania Metanovic

Melania is involved in Interact, Best Buddies, Free the Children, soccer, track and field, Zero G Club, Deanza Force Club Soccer, National Charity League, and ASB.

What are you most excited for this upcoming school year?

I am most excited to connect with my classmates in the upcoming school year and I am very excited for homecoming.

What do you like most about Westmont?

I love the welcoming community at Westmont. I love that I am able to connect and build relationships with others so easily.

What advice do you have for incoming Westmont students?

Advice that I have for incoming Westmont students is to have fun and go to a lot of events!
