Big Bounces: Boys Volleyball

By Ray Chang

The month of April roughly marks the halfway point of the Westmont Boys Varsity Volleyball team’s season. Exhibiting a uniform win-to-loss ratio overall, the boys intend on winning the rest of their league games in hopes of not only dominating the BVAL Mt. Hamilton league but also securing a spot in the coveted CCS bracket. With grit and confidence, the boys will give it their all to snatch victory from especially strong schools like Leigh and Branham to turn the tide of their season. With the leadership of team captains Tyler Hensley, Kevin Olson, and Mason Vargas, the boys’ season remains in good hands. Make sure to check out and cheer for the boys’ senior night on May 5 against Leigh at 7 p.m.
