The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

By Isa Hunter Quintero

As a big fan of baking and cozy homemade snacks, I love a classic chocolate chip cookie. After trial and error throughout the years to find a soft, chewy, and delicious final product, I’ve finally perfected my signature recipe. Read below to make them!

Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe 😀 (Big batch)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 package of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls ( I use a sliding  ice cream scoop) 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375°F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Enjoy! 🙂
