Worn by Troye Sivan, Pedro Pascal, Addison Rae and many other celebrity influences, the t-shirt has risen to popularity, but what does it mean? To protect the dolls is to protect all transgender individuals.
Due to recent events invoked by the government and political leaders, many transgender individuals have fear of being forced to mask their true identity. The “ Protect the dolls” movement aims to give all individuals the right to express themselves and protect their rights to be who they are. With influence from celebrities, this movement is rising in popularity and will hopefully be widespread across the globe.
