Autumn’s Embrace

By Isa Hunter Quintero

For the kind, gentle warmth of autumn’s embrace,
I find in my heart a special place.
With each crisp crunch of leaves fallen down
A tapestry woven of gold, red, and brown.
As calming rain taps softly along window panes
The rich scent of petrichor and pumpkin spice reigns.
