One of the best reasons to get into Formula 1 is how accessible the participants are. There are only 20 drivers on the grid at all times, unless a certain racer is having their appendix removed and needs Ollie Bearman to step in, and there are exactly 10 team principals. Knowing the names and stats on drivers becomes very easy after watching a couple races, and they are all super active on social media, prioritizing a strong connection to their fans. Valterri Bottas posts about his biking competitions at least once a week, and Charles Leclerc has made sure his entire fanbase knows about Leo, both his new dog and his new ice cream brand. As Heather ventures into the world of Formula 1, we wanted to test her knowledge of the various drivers, new and old, to see how many races it takes to truly know all the drivers.
We started off easy, but it will gradually get harder. Feel free to play along!
