Salty But Sweet

The perfect mix of sweet and salty in a kernel, kettle corn stands as the best popcorn variation that is unique and distinct; it isn’t matched by any other variety of this movie theater snack. The outside after it is popped, contains a crunchy, caramelized coating that creates the perfect munch. The first bite  fills your mouth with both a sweet and salty taste. Eating kettle corn makes me think back to elementary school days full of fairs, walkathons, farmer’s markets, and other fun events. Not only is the taste of kettle corn unmatched, but also even the scent brings me back to “sweet” memories.
