There are so many benefits that come from going for a walk every day. It has been scientifically proven that going for walks helps improve both physical and mental health while providing a more positive lifestyle. Additionally, walking every day helps burn fat and burn calories, leading to weight loss and healthier bodies. All it takes is getting outside and going for a  15- 30 minute walk each day to prevent deadly diseases and extend life span.

Going for a walk is also a great way to give your brain a break and provide relief and peace on a stressful day. While studying or doing homework it is important to pause and allow your brain to recharge, and a great way to do that is to go outside and get fresh air. A nice walk will help you feel refreshed and energetic, allowing more focus on schoolwork.

Additionally, walking is fun! Throw on a pair of headphones and listen to music while strolling through your neighborhood. Take some time to call a friend or family member and use the opportunity of a walk to catch up with someone you care about.
