Whether on or off the field, Saisha’s kindness and positive attitude are easy to spot! Already an involved member of Westmont as a freshman, Saisha can be found scoring goals on the field hockey field, working to improve the Westmont community, and hanging out with friends. If you see Saisha around, just know you’re in for a good time!
What activities/sports do you do at Westmont?
Field Hockey, clubs- Period club, Future Warrior tutoring club, Best Buddies
What do you enjoy about each of these activities?
The group of girls on the field hockey team are the most compassionate, encouraging, welcoming group of girls ever, and playing with them, making memories, and being around them has been my favorite part of highschool so far. In Period Club we give everyone in our community equal access to period supplies! I love helping others and giving back to my community, and in period club we do just that. In Future Warrior Tutoring Club we go to Rolling Hills Middle School and help them out with homework! I love talking to and teaching kids about anything really! When I was at rolling hills I know this would’ve definitely been helpful for me, so i’m glad to be helping other students. In Best Buddies we build friendships and talk to children with special needs. I love making new friends and playing games with them. Spending a lunch with them is always really fun.
What are some of your hobbies/things you enjoy doing outside of school or in your free time?
In my free time I play the guitar, listen to music, walk dogs, and hang out with my friends! I love picking up my guitar and playing some songs just for fun. Dogs are my favorite thing in the entire world, so walking dogs brings me so much joy. 🙂 I listen to music and hang out with my friends a lot and enjoy both a lot!
Favorite thing about Westmont?
The community!! I love how inclusive and close our community is, I love how involved I can get with the school!
