Dynamic Diego

By Ojas Joshi

“He shoots… He scores!” Senior Diego Vera Pedroza can be caught making an impact at any of Westmont’s Varsity Boys’ soccer games. Dancing in and out of defenders with unparalleled grace, Diego always makes the right decision. “Diego is great because he not only pushes himself to be the best player, but pushes the team to work their hardest,” firmly states Diego’s teammate, junior Luke Hanuska. Diego’s work ethic and determination show themselves on the pitch: he has been an integral member of varsity for all four years. Read more to find out about the dynamic Diego:
