It’s an Orange Thing

It’s everybody’s favorite time of year, football season. All around the country, football is celebrated from fantasy football to the real deal, the NFL. However, Tennessee takes it to a whole new level.  Football is a religion at the University of Tennessee.  The Tennessee Volunteers have made a statement this season by being ranked in the top five of the NCAA college football rankings. Recently, the Volunteers celebrated their huge win over Alabama at their home field, Neyland Stadium. Fans were decked out in orange and their signature look, the orange and white checkerboard pattern. In Tennessee, orange is the color to wear, as many locals show their support for the University by wearing bright orange around the college town Knoxville, Tennessee. When visiting Tennessee, always make sure to pack some Tennessee orange. Go Volunteers!
