The girls basketball team, looking rather promising this year, are really developing their on-court bond, and are playing strongly together, as mentioned by team captain Reiko Scilingo. “This team has really improved, and we are looking forward to going out there and getting some wins this year!” With young players to old, this team’s diversity and spread of talent is really something to watch out for. Several returning varsity players have come back to play, in hopes of leading the team to a good record season, and maybe even attending CCS. Their last CCS title was won in 2017, and with the positive influence of the team leaders and Coach Sonet Yee, the girls expect a fun filled season, so come out and support!
