With the soccer season just beginning, the boys soccer team has started the pre-season off with a record of 1-1-2. Playing with 22 players, the team is anticipating a fun and solid season playing in the B-League this year. Captains, Dylan Wright, Andreas Dijmarescu, and Diego Vera, are excited for the upcoming season as they are expecting tough competition and a season of growth. Dylan Wright excitedly states, “that he enjoys playing with a group of boys who respect and work for each other.” Coach Matt Schembri and Assistant Coach Chris have successfully implemented a positive mindset into the team with the productive practices and key meetings. The pre-season has served as a warm up for the real season which the team hopes to dominate with their all-around strong players. Come out and support the boys soccer team against Willow Glen on January 10 at 6pm!
