Red Bean Soup

  • Buy Asian red beans (non-American)
  • – Add 170 grams of red beans into a pot
  • – Wash the red beans twice
  • – Soak the beans in a pot overnight
  • – Drain the water
  • – Re-add 4.5 cups of water
  • – Add 1 cup of water on the inside of the rice cooker
  • – Place the pot inside the rice cooker and start
  • – Once finished cooking inside the rice cooker, add 1 cup of sugar
  • – Stir and enjoy!
  • Once done dining put the full pot in the fridge to cool
  • Reheat on the stove or microwave in order to heat up!
