The Three-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

By Cameron Kobara

Sometimes the best types of recipes are the simplest—which is why one of my favorite baking recipes of all time is the famous three-ingredient peanut butter cookies. If you’re ever craving something sweet and delicious, then in less than 30 minutes you can have enough peanut butter cookies for the whole family (but without the huge mess afterwards). So let me take you through the step-by-step process of making these quick and delectable treats.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly
  • Once mixed into a dough, scoop golf ball-sized balls of dough onto a cookie sheet
  • Press down on each ball of dough in a criss-cross pattern by using a fork.
  • Place cookies in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 350 F.
  • Take out and let cool.
  • Now enjoy!

And just like that, you have enough freshly baked cookies for all your family and friends. This is the best recipe for those late study nights or when you just need to satisfy that sweet tooth. The time efficiency and clean up really make them hard to beat, and probably one of the best recipes that everybody should know!
