By Josie Barker and Naomi Volinsky
During our trip to Eureka, Naomi Volinsky and I dabbled in some country music. Somewhere amidst our boredom on the 8 hour drive we thought hey, let’s make a music video. During our search for the countriest country music video to ever exist on Youtube’s platform, we stumbled across a gem. Luke Comb’s “When It Rains It Pours” was THE country song. So we attempted to make a parody. This parody not only provided us amusement, it also inspired a newfound love for our previously hated genre. Country music, you’re alright.
