Sienna Spiro is rapidly gaining popularity, with her songs reaching the Top 20 of Billboard’s Hot 100. She debuted “Need Me” in May of 2024 and has since then released over ten songs including “Die on This Hill” — her breakthrough single. Since then, she has been nominated for 2026 BRITs Critics’ Choice award and has also been named the 2025 artist to watch by multiple magazines. In addition, not only does she highly influence the music world, she also impacts the fashion industry. Along with her 1960’s inspired vintage style, she has collabed with huge brands such as Gap and Monica Vinader, both of which have inspired fans.
It’s safe to say that I know her songs quite well. So, here’s my honest rating of every Sienna Spiro song (including live versions)!
CYANIDE – 15/10
When I listen to this song I genuinely feel like I’m transcending. From the first second to the last, the electric guitar coupled with Sienna’s raspy voice makes this song truly wonderful.
BACK TO BLONDE – 10/10
Originally, I didn’t like this song as much but it has definitely grown on me. The lyrics are deep and she emphasizes this by switching between octaves and voice strength to match what she’s singing.
TAXI DRIVER – 8/10
This is pretty similar to her other songs. My favorite part is the second verse because she seamlessly goes between pitches. Additionally, I love the audio effects on certain lines in the song.
I DON’T HATE YOU – 7/10
I’m not the biggest fan of the intro, but the song definitely picks up in the chorus.
NEED ME – 20/10
I can’t believe this is her debut song because it’s the best thing ever. Her vibratos are so good in this song! In general, the way she sings is so soothing.
ORIGAMI – 8/10
This intro is so good! However, I don’t like the part where she says “mind for origami” because she says it so much faster than the rest of the lyrics.
BUTTERFLY EFFECT – 7/10
The first ten seconds of this song is the best part. After that, she just says each line in one pitch higher than the other, which I personally don’t like that much. It’s still a great song though!
MAYBE. – 9/10
Her raspy voice comes out so much in this song! She also perfectly switches between a stronger voice and a softer one.
Dream Police – 9/10
I love this song! The way she holds out her words/notes is so satisfying. Other than that, there’s nothing too special about the song.
You Stole The Show – 12/10
The bridge from the various verses back to the chorus is amazing. Also, the instrumentals for this song match perfectly with her singing.
Die On This Hill – 10/10
I love her vibrato’s on the high notes! It adds so much more to the song.
The Visitor – 15/10
This song has so much emotion to it. I love the way you can hear her tone changing with the lyrics.
Ain’t No Way (Originally by Aretha Franklin) – Live at KOKO – 9/10
I actually love this style of music so much. It’s pop, jazz, and soul all together in one song. The ending note is insane! I would definitely play this right after “A Sunday Kind of Love” by Etta James.
Die on This Hill – At KOKO – 10/10
I thought this wasn’t possible, but she sounds even better live. Her deliberate voice cracks add so much character to this version. Also, the way she emphasizes words makes it sound so much more real.
Dream Police – A COLORS SHOW – 8/10
I have no words! It’s crazy how good she sounds live.
MAYBE. (Live From the Mews) – 12/10
I can’t believe only a piano accompanied her in this song. I would listen to this version anyday over the non-live version. She adds so much more character and emotion into it. Not only does she add different tone inflections than the original, but she also adds small riffs at the end of verses.
