Westmont High School’s golf team has successfully made it to the A league, the highest division in the Blossom Valley Athletic League! Nearing the end of their season, the golf team has a record of 2-9, playing tough teams like Santa Teresa with an almost perfect record. Proud of his accomplishments, senior Nathan Etzel exclaims, “My favorite part about golf has been mentoring Sora Matsuya; he has improved so much!” The golf team is extremely excited for the rest of the season, sending golf balls soaring through the air with anticipation for senior night. Come support the golf team and their seniors, Nathan Etzel, Brody Burtz, Taiki Matsuya, Yoav Kibel, and Kainoa Raub at this incredible match, located at Santa Teresa golf course on April 22.
