I love Batman. An unrefutable fact supported by my car—AKA The Batmobile—my keys, and the sheer amount of assorted Batman memorabilia I have. Yet despite my support for the man in black, I truly love only one of his movies: The LEGO Batman Movie.
The entire movie is filled with iconic lines, with some of my favorites being:
- The Joker: “Hold on a sec. Are you trying to tell me that Bruce Wayne is Batman… ‘s roommate?”
- [Batman’s song] “Who never skips leg day? Batman! Who always pays their taxes? Not Batman!”
- The Joker: “I’m rubbing my butt all over your stuff. We’re gonna have to rename this the Butt-mobile.”
- The Riddler: “Riddle me this! What just happened?”
- The Joker: “Are you seriously saying there is nothing, nothing special about our relationship?” Batman: “Whoa. Let me tell you something, J-bird. Batman doesn’t do ‘ships.”
- Robin: “It’s raining dads…”
- Commissioner Gordon: “Ok Batman, we’ll take it from here.”
