As Field hockey’s season comes to an end, it’s time that The Shield reflects on how well the team did throughout the season. (spoiler alert… They did AWESOME)
With their pre-season opening in September, they began with a rough start, with a tied game from Homestead High School and a loss from Christopher High School, according to Sophie Tuan and MaxPreps. However, as the team began their actual season, they had an astounding nine wins and two losses due to the leadership of captains Prisha Jain and Saisha Singh. Through their Instagram, the team is obviously connected and shows the true values of a strongly connected team, and is shown through their wins. Again, congratulations to all of our lovely Fockey seniors for your contributions to the team, as well as the coaches Trish Casillias and Haley Romero Morin for your AWESOME leadership! Until next year.
