The Blair Witch Project catapulted found footage horror into the mainstream and for good reason. The movie follows the found footage of three film students in a small town as they make a documentary about the Blair Witch, an infamous local killer. They interview townspeople and gather information, but their fate changes forever when they get lost in the woods and begin to hear disturbing noises.
