Westmont girls volleyball is bumping up their game, ready for another season of victory. The team is on fire, a reputation they are proud to maintain, and ready to bring home another win for the Warriors. Check out the interview below to get some insights into the 25-26 Westmont girls Volleyball team. Go Warriors!

How many players are there? 

12 players

How many returning Varsity players are there? 

6 players

When is your next game? 

October 7, 2025

What is the record so far? 

5-4 in league, 9-11 overall

What is one quote?

 “Practice makes permanent.”

How many four year members of Varsity are there?

 None 

Who is the coach? 

Coach Russell Davis

Who is the Captain? 

Orion Chang, Alicia Riddell, and Agatha Kogan

What are some team goals for the season? 

Qualify and win CCS

What is the farthest this team has gotten in the past few years? 

Our team has made it to the game right before CCS quarterfinals

What is your favorite part? 

My favorite part is all the team bonding we have at school and outside of school. Sometimes we will go out to eat after practice, make posters for senior night and pink out games, and we wear our jerseys to school on gamedays. 

Who is the team’s biggest competitor? 

Our biggest competitor this year is Leland.

What are some strengths of the team?  

Our team has strong adaptability. We are able to make great saves with our scrappiness, in both offense and defense.

What are some grown areas for the team? 

Our team is still working on our consistency and communication at times.

What are you most excited about for this season? 

I am most excited for our upcoming tournament, Spikefest, and our senior night to celebrate our 3 seniors, Helen, Agatha, and Zeena.
