Super simple, easy to make, and full of peanut buttery-chocolatey goodness! The recipe for peanut butter Hershey’s cookies was one of the first recipes I tried when I started baking; the end result was melty and delicious and had my family coming back for seconds.
Recipe:
- 1 cup peanut butter (any kind)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or you can add more for flavor)
- Any kind of topper chocolate
- Hershey’s kisses
- Kinder bar pieces
- Reeses
- Snickers
How To Assemble:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Use an electric mixer to combine the peanut butter and sugar together until creamy, light, and fluffy
- Beat in the egg and vanilla (it’s easier to beat the egg first, add the vanilla, then add to the other mixture)
- Roll into balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (make sure to spread them out)
- Bake for roughly 10-12 minutes (until tops are slightly cracked)
- Immediately press topper chocolate into the center of the cookie
- Cool the cookies (using wire racks, preferably)
- ENJOY!
