I have never been a big fan of Valentine’s day; however, I am a huge fan of Valentine’s day grams. As an elementary schooler, I loved Valentine’s day grams because there was a higher chance of receiving a non-chocolate item. In addition, I also had a lot of fun picking out which gram I thought best suited my classmates and then giving them the gram at school. It made my classes’ close knit bond even closer. Thus, as an avid lover of Valentine’s day grams, here is my ranking of them from worst to best:
- Anything with chocolate
I hate them. Enough said.
- Candy
Honestly, it really depends on the candy. Sour patch kids, conversation hearts, and sweetarts were always my favorite to receive. However, I feel like most of the time kids would give out skittles and I don’t care for them personally.
- Little trinkets
As a kid, I would have been ECSTATIC to receive a duck. I’m not sure if giving out ducks for grams is new but I wish I got one when I was younger. I think anyone appreciates receiving little fun trinkets like ducks.
- Pins/stickers
Pins/stickers are always super cute. The best part about them is that oftentimes pin/sticker gram packs come with a variety of designs, making it more fun to pick out what pin/sticker you think would best suit your classmate.
- Snacks
Snacks are by far the best valentine gram. There’s so many to choose from like goldfish, scooby snacks, and more. Snacks are diverse and perfect.
