Westmont’s Boys Basketball has started their 2024-2025 campaign off with a statement. Through their first seven games, they’ve racked up six convincing wins and only one loss. A 17-man roster headed by senior starters Seth Reese and Ryan Yee has high hopes for the season. Head Coach John Franza can only deliver a smile seeing the shimmering success under the lights of Westmont’s gym. Starter and big-time player, Jacob Froman, said on their recent form, “I think we are playing really strong right now, we still have some things to work on but it is looking like a promising season”. The Boys Basketball team’s next game is at San Lorenzo Valley High School on December 20, 2024, at 7 pm. They will then have a tournament over winter break and come back to the beginning of the league season. Jacob responded when asked his hopes and thoughts on the rest of the season starting. “Looking forward to another great season with my friends, teammates, and another successful year”.Their first league game is on January 3, 2025 versus Santa Teresa High School at 7 pm!
