Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers: home of probably one of the best meal combos I’ve ever tried in my life (no joke). Ever since my older cousin introduced me to Cane’s, I have been, to say the least, absolutely infatuated with their food. That random December night kind of changed my life. The best part of the restaurant’s meals is how reliable the exceptional quality of every batch is. The chicken, made fresh to order, is mouthwateringly juicy; the Texas toast grilled to a golden crisp. And don’t get me started on their signature sauce. The flavors are beyond incredible. My go-to order (box combo, sub fries for extra toast, Arnold Palmer) never disappoints. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken tenders or just great food in general. However, there is one minor inconvenience: the closest Cane’s is about an hour away. Why do I routinely drive all the way to Oakland to buy a plastic container of chicken? Because it’s worth it. Also, night drives are fun, and you can make it a trip with friends or family on the weekend. Nonetheless, if the commute is holding you back, no problem, because big news…a closer location is set to open in San Jose next year! Between the already delicious food and new convenient location to come, this is an awesome spot I highly recommend.
