Through a lens, beautiful
You see children, who are not so
small, grow every day
You hold them in your
heart and in your hand
You teach them and cherish them

My brain, a complex maze
My eyes, full of wonder and fear
My shoulders, carrying the
Weight of the entire world

Everyone whispering
Everyone watching
Everyone “listening”

You listen
You understand, and
You know
