Jakquelyn Jimenez, more commonly known as Jaky on campus, is a senior here at Westmont who is full of exciting and interesting facts. Having found Jaky in Room 52, during study hall, I noticed her great fashion taste at first sight. Rocking a navy blue San Francisco crew neck with jeans and converse, as well as her extremely stylish and unique bangs, Jaky walks the halls in an aesthetically pleasing way. As words were exchanged with Jaky, I came to find out that she is a cat lover. She considers herself to be a cat mom to a black cat named Chip. She adores her little boy cat so much. With such little time in having met her, she talked so greatly about her little “ Chippy”.
Here at Westmont, Jaky participates in AVID. Her favorite thing about AVID is fun Fridays and voting for the activities. She loves talking to her classmates and giving them help whenever possible. When Jaky was in middle school, she was in gymnastics and taekwondo. She enjoyed doing these sports, but she doesn’t think she will ever do them again. During her freetime, she likes painting, baking, and playing with Chippy. Jaky loves music. She collects vinyls and cds. Her favorite music store is Amoeba Music in San Francisco. She also loves to go out for coffee and sweets.
