Bedazzling Westmont students, since her Sophomore year, Isabelle Oberhofer (local fashion icon) continues trailblazing Warrior fashion. With a staunch passion for fashion, Oberhofer dreams of entering the fashion industry, her journey beginning in the summer of 2022 with a fashion design program at California College of the Arts; “It was incredible, and that’s when I really started to want to do fashion.” Oberhofer works as a floor staff (maintenance, dressing, and register manning) at Crossroads, a thrifting store near Santana Row. Right now, Oberhofer aims for the position of Buyer, as an introduction to the inner workings of the industry. Additionally, Oberhofer currently attends the Fashion Design & Textile Art at Silicon Valley Career Technical Education center. “This first semester has been a lot about building our brand…Stuff like logos, mood boards, next semester we’ll be getting into hands-on sewing and making clothing.” For the rest of her tenure as a Warrior, Isabelle Oberhofer will continue to make heads turn and eyes ogle!
