Celebrity Christmas Trees

By Laura Lipcsei

Every year when winter hits, I am always excited to celebrate the holiday season. As Christmas draws nearer and nearer, celebrities continue to reveal their Christmas spirit using holiday decorations, and Christmas trees. While I love that they are showing their holiday spirit, I will admit that some celebrities’ Christmas trees are overly artificial or just plain ugly, which is why I will be rating a variety of different celebrities’ Christmas trees.

1. Kylie Jenner: 7/10

The idea behind this Christmas tree is cute but the actual execution is not the best. Due to a lack of variety in the ornaments, the tree seems boring and almost bare. I feel like she could have put more effort into it.

2. Travis Baker: NO/10

It’s such a boring Christmas tree and WHY would anyone put a skeleton next to a Christmas tree? I am disappointed and offended, therefore I am giving it a 0/10.

3. Katy Perry: 7.7/10

Although I find it a bit strange to put yourself in a Christmas tree, the actual idea is interesting, and the tree itself is colorful and has a variety of ornaments. As always, Katy Perry does not disappoint.

4. Dua Lipa: 8.5/10

Although it is a little bit boring, I love the classic Christmas tree look, and unlike some others (Kylie Jenner), she has a variety of ornaments and the tree does not look artificial.

5. The Weeknd: 9/10

I absolutely love this tree! It is colorful, bright, and has a variety of ornaments. I feel like he put in a good amount of effort into the tree, and the tree itself exudes Christmas spirit!

6. Sabrina Carpenter: 10/10

This tree is absolutely perfect! I will not be taking any criticism on this, as compared to all the other trees, this one owns the rest. It’s colorful, homey, and bright; all the things I look for in a tree.

7. Kim Kardashian: 4/10

Why is the tree all white? This is actually such a boring design, because why would this blend in with the snow, when it should be bright and colorful. I am disappointed.
