Planning lessons, grading papers, and engaging students, teachers dedicate hours to ensuring an adequate education for students. While most students dread waking up to go to school, Westmont’s teaching staff rise early to prepare for the school day, and enthusiastically lead hours of lessons. In addition to educating us during class, many teachers spend additional time focusing on students individually (at study hall, break, lunch, and before and after school) in order to help them succeed. Many of us take our free education for granted, despite its importance later in life; but, we cannot appreciate it without recognizing the group that makes it possible. Thank you teachers!
