How to Have the Perfect Morning Routine

Having a peaceful morning routine establishes a foundation for a splendid day. Here is the ultimate guide to having a spectacular day:

Step 1: Wake up at 5 am.

Step 2: Do your morning stretches.

Step 3: Pull out your gratitude journal and write 13 things that you are grateful for. 

Step 4: Pull out your goals journal and write 13 things you are looking forward to today.

Step 5: Get out of bed and make your “green juice,” consisting of every green vegetable you can find. The nastier it tastes, the healthier and better. 

Step 6: Drink a gallon of water. Stay hydrated!

Step 7: Do a full body workout, blasting T-Swizzle in the background. 

Step 8: Drink another gallon of water. Stay more hydrated!

Step 9: Pull out your workout journal and write 13 things you need to work on. 

Step 10: Take a shower. To have friends, one must complete this step.

Step 11: Once you get out of the shower, realize that you have less than 5 minutes to get ready. 

Step 12: You do not have time to pick out a jaw-dropping outfit so wear your PJs. You can wear that jaw-dropping outfit tomorrow. 

Step 13: Go back to Step 8.

Step 14: Look in the mirror and realize that you do not have time to fix your hair. 

Step 15: Quickly pack your backpack, grabbing any book you find and stuff them in your backpack. 

Step 16: Enter school, running as fast as you can.

Step 17: Your friend asks you, “did you wake up late again?”
