My trip to Costa Rica was a magical experience, filled with fun activities and beautiful sights. The locals were extremely welcoming, the food was heavenly, and the beach was picture perfect. The iconic Costa Rican saying, “Pura Vida” truly captures the essence of the vibes I encountered during my week there. If you ever vacation to Costa Rica there are a couple of adventures I highly recommend you explore.
For starters, the beaches in Costa Rica offer a relaxing place to lay out and tan, or go swimming in the warm, clear water. Costa Rica is known for its phenomenal beaches and bright sand, making them a crucial part of your trip.
In addition, Costa Rica offers beautiful waterfalls, only a short hike away from the main roads, in a colorful forest filled with wildlife. At the waterfalls you can enjoy the view and jump in the refreshing water; a cheap and fun excursion to do during the day.
Another highlight of Costa Rica are the river rapids, which offer a thrilling day-long experience with amazing tour guides and mesmerizing views.
To top off the whole experience, I highly recommend checking out an all- terrain vehicle tour, for a thrilling ride through the vibrant forest and muddy terrain. If you crave a good adventure the ATV tour is perfect for you!
Overall, Costa Rica offers so many thrilling experiences that will leave you with many precious memories to savor forever. From sloths hanging from the trees everywhere you walk, to monkeys stealing your food, the wildlife on the island will leave you speechless. Costa Rica is truly a beautiful vacation destination!
