The second the clock hits 10:05, we rush to the cafeteria in hopes of acquiring our beloved apple juice. Syrupy and satisfying, the apple juice got the two of us through our commitment to one month of no sugar at the beginning of the year — it was one of the few sugar-free staples served in the cafeteria.
However, only one kind of apple juice ensures our great morning. Lately, the Westmont cafeteria has been only giving out the carton apple juice, acting as if we wouldn’t notice.
We noticed. And we are extremely disappointed. The rectangular apple juice is simply elite. The flavor, more prominent, the color, more vibrant. It is simply the better apple juice.
So, if anyone from the cafeteria is reading this, we beg of you, bring back the rectangular apple juice.
