Paneer stands on a throne of its own in the cheese world, far superior to any of its competitors. If done right, paneer is unbeatable, with a crispy char on the outside and a delicately soft inside. Paneer makes a great addition to any meal; here are three paneer options that I would highly recommend regardless of whether you are cooking at home or ordering out.

  1. Paneer Tikka Pizza: Unsurprisingly, paneer elevates pizza to another realm of delish’. If you are making this at home, I would recommend using Trader Joe’s pizza dough and topping off the finished product with plenty of fresh mint chutney.
  2. Tandoori Paneer: Paneer fresh out of the tandoor hits like nothing else. Thick slices of piping hot paneer, charred bell peppers and onions, and bursting chutney—what else do you need?
  3. Achari Paneer Wrap: This delectable wrap consists of tandoori paneer enveloped in freshly baked naan stuffed with fresh onion, bell peppers, and chutneys. Yum.
