Although the rest of the world has practically ignored the coronavirus, Beijing continued to present the disease as a means to create restrictions on citizen’s rights and capabilities. After countless rebellions and revolts calling out the Chinese Communist Party, the government has decided to shift their decision, by completely pivoting their decision.
The country’s health commission has recently released details on how residents should quarantine at home if they test positive, not at hospitals (which previously led to an overcapacity of citizens in hospitals). Workers have begun tearing down testing booths. Officials detailed new limits on when and how local authorities can impose lockdowns.
This shows tremendous freedom for the Chinese citizens, as they had previously been restricted of medicinal access and food.
