To get into the winter and holiday mood, enjoy these hot chocolate cookies to eat while bonding with family, watching holiday movies, or partying with friends!
Ingredients:
¾ cup butter softened
¾ cup of sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup instant hot cocoa mix (about 3 packets)
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup marshmallow bits
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa mix, baking cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually beat in the butter and sugar mixture.
- Gently stir in marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.
- Put the dough onto greased baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
