Winter’s Dynamic Duo

After recently discovering tomato soup and grilled cheese, I believe they are an unbeatable combination. The melty cheese sandwich paired with the rich warm soup, has become one of my favorite comfort foods. I buy the Panera brand tomato soup from Safeway that only needs to be heated up. It tastes homemade and saves loads of time. For the grilled cheese, I like to use white bread and sharp cheddar cheese. I cook on medium heat in butter to allow the cheese to melt as the toast slowly gets crisp. Personally, I enjoy dipping my grilled cheese in the soup for the best experience. As the colder weather creeps up on us, I definitely suggest this duo.
