  1. Wrap

Use any meat of your choice (like turkey, steak, or chicken), add some lettuce, your favorite cheese (like american, cheddar, swiss, or provolone) and a light dressing to tie it all together.

  1. Salad

Salads can be made in many variations. Caesar is a nice classic choice. For a caesar salad you need chopped lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, chicken, and caesar dressing. If you want to switch it up, make a Mexican or Greek style salad. To your Mexican salad you can add corn, shredded cheese, tortilla crisps, and your favorite dressing. Greek salad needs feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, lettuce and some balsamic vinegar to top it off.

  1. Quesadillas

Quesadillas are not time consuming. Chicken and cheese or beef and cheese is the simplest way to go. Make sure to cook it on a stove. You can personalize it to your liking by adding your favorite toppings and dips. For example, lettuce, tomatoes, onions.
