Bell peppers are defined by their color. You define yourself by what color of them you choose to eat. They range through four different colors: red, green, yellow, and orange. Without question, the absolute best are the red ones. Why, you ask? Simply because they will change your entire life.
Bell Peppers, in and of themselves, are ingredients used to create superhumans. Captain America? The serum was literally bell pepper juice. Hawkeye? He solely ate bell peppers throughout his childhood. Captain Marvel? He lives on bell pepper planet. It is clear to see that bell peppers are the only reason for these people’s power. Hence, you should eat bell peppers. Plain and simple.
Seriously though, bell peppers are seriously beneficial to your health, especially with vitamins A, C, and potassium. As we all likely know, vitamin A specializes in your eye health, vitamin C is necessary for the proper development and healing of one’s bodily tissues, and potassium literally helps your heart beat. Might be necessary, not too sure.
Despite my joking tone previously, red bell peppers are, in fact, truly beneficial to you. Their coloration indicates that they were on the vine for much longer than other peppers, which directly leads to more vitamin density. You absolutely should eat them, so here’s some ideas.
