After months and months of pushback and reconciliation between both parties, baseball is finally back. The amazing 2021 season brought baseball back to mainstream culture. With the likes of Shohei Ohtani and Juan Soto, baseball is being propelled back into the youth, as last year was one of the highest viewed seasons in a very long time.
When writing this, it has been about a week into the regular season, so not a lot can be said about the upcoming season, but I am going to say some of my predictions for the most important awards that are going to be handed out at the end of the season.
Most wins: LA Dodgers
NL Cy Young: Walker Beuhler
AL CY Young: Shane Bieber
NL MVP: Juan Soto
AL MVP: Vladmier Guerrero Jr.
