constantly running
searching for the one to call my love
the others before claim to be
however, i can see they can barely breathe
they promise to love me so,
with every motive to do so
unfortunately,
their actions falter
and hearts are broken further then before
i do truly love them, as time can see
i just need to learn to be the one who loves me
