Music, laughter, “I love you”s
Raindrops and the sea
Some say the world’s beauty lies in its sound
But I would disagree
The most beautiful sound is silence
And let me tell you why
Silence means understanding
Quietness is peace
And in the midst of all this noise
I find it hard to think
So take a minute to listen
To the sound of nothingness
Sit here in the silence
And give your ears a rest
Yes, I love this world
With all its shouts of joy
But the most beautiful moments of life
Have no noise
Smiles, hugs, locking eyes
Mountains, books and warmth
These are my favorite moments
This is my favorite noise
