Laying in bed at three in the morning is a struggle – especially when you direly need sleep. However, finding the right playlist to keep your mind from running a million miles per hour can help allow your body to eventually rest. Late at night, while attempting to fall asleep, I put together a playlist of perfect songs to keep your mind from wandering. With great contentment, you can listen to this playlist in the middle of the night, on a late night trip, or anytime you need help relaxing. Happy listening!
